1. Eligibility

To register as a member of Swayamvar or use this platform, you must be legally competent and of marriageable age as per the laws of your country of residence (at least 18 years for females and 21 years for males in India).

The platform is strictly for Swayamvarmonial purposes between individuals for personal use. Commercial use or use for casual dating/hookups is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

2. Profile Verification

While we use advanced AI and third-party partners to verify profiles, you acknowledge that:

• Verification badges do not constitute a guarantee of a user's character or background.
• You are solely responsible for conducting your own independent due diligence before entering into any Swayamvarmonial alliance.
• Users must provide current, accurate, and complete information. Providing false data is a breach of these terms.

3. Member Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Harass, abuse, or send unsolicited commercial communications to other members.
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the intellectual property of others.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from our ecosystem.
• Solicit money or financial favors from any member under any pretext.

4. Personal Safety

Swayamvar provides the digital meeting ground but is not responsible for any offline interactions. You meet other members at your own risk and discretion.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

All subscription fees paid to Swayamvar are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer. Subscriptions are for personal use only and cannot be transferred.

We reserve the right to change plan pricing or features at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Swayamvar or its parent entities be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
• The conduct of any user, whether online or offline.
• Any errors or omissions in the AI-generated matching scores or suggestions.

The service is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your profile without refund if we find you in violation of our conduct policies or if we receive multiple verified reports of harassment from other members.

You may also terminate your membership at any time via the Account Settings, which will result in the immediate deactivation of your profile from search results.
